Ashvin has been involved with the renewables, energy efficiency and infrastructure sectors since 2006. He is passionate about the transition to a low-carbon economy and electric transportation. Ashvin commenced his career in 1994, working with US investment banks in New York. Post his MBA from the London Business School (1996-1998), he continued to work in investment banking at Flemings (London) and JPMorgan (London).

Thomas has a strong passion for sustainability and the environment. He has excellent leadership skills and has led strong international interdisciplinary teams over 15 years. Thomas has a successful track record in setting up and executing new business models.

Rupert J. Strachwitz is Chief Executive of Velocity Credit Ventures, a platform providing innovative credit financing to UK SMEs. He has significant international experience in corporate finance and renewable energy. He was at Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, where he was responsible for structuring and placement of alternative asset funds. He also co-founded one of the first internationally financed Indian renewable energy businesses, backed by institutional capital. He led the company to an IPO on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. He remains involved in the financing of clean energy technology in Europe and is a non-executive of Panitek Power AG.
